Terms and Conditions for Volunteer Forms
By completing and submitting the volunteer form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Media Release
I understand that I may appear in photos and videos taken during events and activities organized by Khursheed-e-Sahra Welfare Society (KSSW) and permit KSSW to use my likeness in marketing materials, web and digital publications, and on social media. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership to it.
Confidentiality Agreement
I understand that I might be exposed to sensitive and confidential information during my volunteer time with KSSW. I agree not to copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any confidential information without explicit permission from KSSW. This includes, but is not limited to, member information, internal documents, and strategic plans.
Representation and Conduct
I understand that while volunteering, I am a representative of KSSW. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that positively represents the organization. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the reputation of KSSW may result in my being asked to leave and discontinue my volunteer activities.
Volunteer Responsibilities
I agree to fulfill the responsibilities and duties assigned to me as a volunteer to the best of my ability. I will adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by KSSW staff and team leaders.
Safety and Compliance
I agree to follow all safety protocols and procedures while volunteering. I will comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Any misconduct or illegal activity will be grounds for immediate dismissal from volunteer activities.
Non-Discrimination
KSSW is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all volunteers. I agree to treat all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Commitment and Reliability
I understand the importance of reliability and commitment in volunteer work. I agree to notify KSSW in advance if I am unable to fulfill my volunteer duties or if there are any changes to my availability.
Termination of Volunteer Agreement
KSSW reserves the right to terminate the volunteer agreement at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to, failure to adhere to the terms and conditions, misconduct, or failure to perform assigned duties satisfactorily.
Waiver of Liability
I understand that volunteering involves inherent risks, including physical activity and interaction with the public. I agree to waive any claims of liability against KSSW, its staff, and affiliates for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my volunteer activities.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By submitting the volunteer form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. I affirm that the information provided in the volunteer form is accurate and complete.
